Quote Requests

View and manage incoming quote requests. Contacts submit these through the webshop. As a sales rep, you pick up a request, turn it into a draft quote, review it and then send it as a quote. If the contact confirms (for example by phone), you can also convert it directly into an order.

Requests list overview

Before you begin

You need the Order and Sales roles to access this page.

Open the requests list

Go to Sales > Requests in the sidebar.

You see a table listing all pending requests with a search bar, filters and pagination controls. The default sort is by date created (newest first) with 10 items per page. You can change the page size to 5, 25 or 100.

Click any row to open the request in read-only view.

Search for requests

  1. Type your search term in the Search field. Results appear after a short delay.
  2. Use the Selected search fields dropdown to choose which fields to search. Available fields include ID, Debtor Id, Address First Name, Address Last Name, Company Address, Company Recipient, Recipient First Name, Recipient Last Name, Recipient Email, Remarks, Reference and External Order Id.

Filter requests

Click Filters to open the filter panel.

Filter by your companies

Use the My Companies dropdown and slider to show only requests from your selected companies.

View rejected requests

Click the Show rejected button to switch to rejected requests. Click Show pending to switch back. The rejected view has its own pagination and filters.

Additional columns (Export status, Exported date, Export message) are available through the Table editor. The Request number and Company columns cannot be hidden.

Delete requests

Owner access is required.

  1. Select one or more requests using the checkboxes.
  2. Click Delete request(s).
  3. Confirm in the dialog.

Export and customize the table

  • Click the Export button (download icon) to download the table as a CSV file.
  • Click the Table editor button (grid icon) to show, hide or reorder columns.
