What is Propeller?

Propeller is the platform your company uses to sell to business customers. Orders from the webshop, by phone, by email and from sales visits come together in one place, with the same products, prices and customers behind them.

The two parts of Propeller

After you sign in, the menu on the left has two groups.

• Sales Hub is where sales reps work. You look up what a customer pays, answer quote requests and create quotes and orders.
• Back Office is where the business is set up: products, prices, customers, shipping, payment and who may do what. This Help Center writes Backoffice and files those pages under Commerce Hub.

What you see depends on your roles. A sales rep often sees only the Sales Hub.

New to Propeller? Take these four steps in order.

1. Sign in to Propeller.
2. Find your way around the menu and the top bar.
3. Use the Home page to see what is waiting for you.
4. Open the page for your job:
   • Sales representatives
   • E-commerce managers
   • Marketing managers
   • Product managers

Propeller also exchanges data with other systems, such as your ERP. A technical colleague sets that up with the developer documentation.
