What is Propeller?
Propeller is a B2B commerce platform. Not just e-commerce: it covers all sales channels in one place. Webshop, phone, email, in-person visits and automated ordering all feed into the same system.
The platform exists because sales reps are often forgotten. Companies invest heavily in webshops but leave their sales reps working across multiple tools. In complex B2B, the webshop is almost never the biggest source of orders. Most sales happen offline.
Propeller's mission is sales productivity: helping sales organizations sell more, make higher margins, spend less time on administration, sell smarter with cross-sell and upsell intelligence and prevent customer churn.
An open platform
Propeller is headless and API-first. All data and functionality is available through APIs, so you can connect it to your ERP, CRM, PIM or any other business application. Integration platforms like Pipedream, Make and Zapier are also supported.
The same openness applies to AI. You can connect your own AI agents and workflows to Propeller. Partners and customers build agents for tasks like margin checking, email-to-order conversion, churn detection and cross-sell recommendations. These agents work within the platform's existing business rules and pricing, so they cannot bypass configured permissions or pricing.
Customer portals are equally flexible. Propeller provides a WordPress plugin and a Storefront SDK, but you can also build a fully custom frontend with any framework on top of the APIs.
