Log in to the backoffice
Access the Propeller backoffice by navigating to your environment's URL. If you are not logged in, you are redirected to the login page automatically.

Log in
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter your Password.
- Optionally check Keep me logged in to stay logged in across browser sessions.
- Click Log in.
An invisible reCAPTCHA runs automatically for security. If your credentials are incorrect, an error message appears.
If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, you are asked for a verification code after entering your password. See Enable two-factor authentication for details.
Reset your password
- Click Forgot your password? on the login page.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Reset password.
- A confirmation message appears: "If this email address is known to us we will send you a password reset email."
- Check your email for the reset link.
