Your account
The account menu sits at the bottom of the left sidebar, separate from the normal navigation. From here you switch between environments, change the language of the interface, open your personal settings and sign out.

Open the account menu
Click the account icon at the bottom of the left sidebar. The menu shows four items:
- Environments switch between the tenants you have access to.
- Languages change the language of the interface.
- Settings open your personal account settings.
- Sign out log out of the Backoffice.
Switch environment
Environments are only relevant if you have access to more than one tenant. If you do, open Environments and click the tenant you want to work in. The Backoffice reloads in that tenant's context.
If you have access to a single tenant, you can ignore this option.
Change the interface language
Open Languages and choose the language you want.

This changes the language of the interface itself: buttons, menus and labels. It is separate from the localized content on records such as products and companies, which keeps its own per language values.
When you switch language, the interface updates straight away. For example, choosing Dutch changes Companies to Bedrijven and Orders to Bestellingen.

Which languages are available
The languages you can choose come from the SYSTEM_APP_LANGUAGES value set. Propeller currently supports English, Dutch, French and German.

- To change which of these languages appear in the menu for your environment, edit this value set under Admin > Valuesets. See Value Sets.
- To request a language that is not yet supported, contact Propeller.
Edit your account settings
Open Settings to manage your own profile. The page has the following sections:
- Your information edit your name, phone and job title, and set your preferred language. Your email address is shown but cannot be changed here.
- Two-step verification turn on multi-factor authentication for your account. See Enable two-factor authentication.
- Role access a read-only list of your assigned roles and their access levels.
- Environment access the tenants you can reach. The current one is highlighted, and you can switch from here as well.

Click Save to update your profile. Viewers can see the page but cannot edit it.
