Channels

The Channels page lists every sales channel in your environment. A channel connects a catalog to a storefront, so you can run more than one shop (for example a B2B webshop and a mobile app) from the same Backoffice.

Before you begin

  • You need Backoffice platform access to open this page.
  • You need the Configuration module permission. Editor or Owner access lets you add, edit and delete channels. Viewer access lets you view them only.

View channels

Go to Shops & Channels > Channels to see a table of all channels.

Use the Table editor (the grid icon above the table) to choose which columns are visible. To download the list as a CSV file, click the Export button (the download icon next to it).

Create a channel

  1. Click Add channel.
  2. Fill in the form.

  1. Click Save.

The channel appears in the list and a confirmation message shows at the top of the page.

Edit a channel

  1. Click the channel row you want to change.
  2. Update the fields.
  3. Click Save.

Delete channels

  1. Select one or more channels using the checkboxes.
  2. Click Delete Channels.
