Surcharges

Surcharges are additional fees that can be applied to products. They can be a flat fee or a percentage-based charge.

Before you begin

  • You need the Pricing role to view surcharges.
  • Creating and deleting surcharges requires Owner access on the Pricing role.

Browse surcharges

Navigate to Pricing > Surcharges to open the surcharges list. The table shows the following columns:

Create a surcharge

Use surcharges for fees that vary by country, such as recycling charges (WEEE) or packaging levies. Assign a tax code to the surcharge so the correct VAT rate is applied per region.

  1. Click New Surcharge. The surcharge dialog opens.

  1. Fill in the dialog:

  1. Click Save.

Edit a surcharge

  1. Click any row in the table to open the edit dialog.
  2. Modify any of the available fields.
  3. Click Save.

Delete surcharges

  1. Select one or more surcharges using the checkboxes.
  2. Click Delete and confirm.

Filter surcharges

Type in the Search by tax country field to filter by country.

Click Filters for additional options:
