Price Sheets

Price sheets contain discount rules for products, categories and price groups. You can assign price sheets to specific companies, contacts, customers or user groups to control customer-specific pricing.

Price sheet detail general section

Before you begin

  • You need the Pricing role to view price sheets.
  • Creating new price sheets requires Owner access on the Pricing role.
  • Editing existing price sheets requires non-viewer access.

Browse price sheets

Navigate to Pricing > Pricesheets to open the price sheets list. The table shows the following columns:

The default sort is by Priority (ascending).

Search and filter

Type in the Search by name field to find price sheets by name.

Click Filters to open the filter panel with additional options:

Create a price sheet

  1. Click New Price Sheet in the top-right corner.
  2. Fill in the general settings:

When a customer matches multiple price sheets, the system evaluates them by priority (lower number = higher priority). Assign lower priority numbers to customer-specific contract pricing so it overrides general pricing.

  1. Click Save to create the price sheet. After saving, the Discount and Users sections become available.

Add discount rules

Price sheet discount section

In the Discount section, click Add discount item and choose a type:

Edit discount details

Each discount row includes the following editable fields:

Discount typeCost price plus a percentage, List price minus a percentage or Fixed amount (fixed amount is not available for categories and price groups)
Quantity fromMinimum quantity for this discount to apply
Valid fromStart date

tip

Create discount rules with Valid From and Valid To dates for time-limited promotions. After the period ends, the regular pricing applies automatically without manual cleanup.

All editable fields save automatically when you click away from the field.

Delete discount rules

Select discount items using the checkboxes and click Delete to remove them.

Assign users to a price sheet

Price sheet users section

In the Users section, assign the price sheet to specific users across four tabs.

Companies

  1. Click Assign new companies to open the user picker dialog.
  2. Select the companies you want to assign.
  3. To remove assignments, select companies and click Unassign selected companies.

Contacts

  1. Click Assign new contacts to open the user picker dialog.
  2. Select the contacts you want to assign.
  3. To remove assignments, select contacts and click Unassign selected contacts.

Customers

  1. Click Assign new customers to open the user picker dialog.
  2. Select the customers you want to assign.
  3. To remove assignments, select customers and click Unassign selected customers.

User Groups

  1. Click Assign new usergroups to open the value set picker.
  2. Select the user groups you want to assign.
  3. To remove assignments, select user groups and click Unassign selected usergroups.

Delete price sheets

  1. Select one or more price sheets on the list page using the checkboxes.
  2. Click Delete and confirm.
