Price Sheets
Price sheets contain discount rules for products, categories and price groups. You can assign price sheets to specific companies, contacts, customers or user groups to control customer-specific pricing.

Before you begin
- You need the Pricing role to view price sheets.
- Creating new price sheets requires Owner access on the Pricing role.
- Editing existing price sheets requires non-viewer access.
Browse price sheets
Navigate to Pricing > Pricesheets to open the price sheets list. The table shows the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | Unique price sheet code |
| Name | Price sheet name |
| Description | Price sheet description |
| Priority | Evaluation order (lower number = higher priority) |
| Readonly | Whether the price sheet is read-only |
| Date Created | When the price sheet was created |
| Date Updated | When last modified |
The default sort is by Priority (ascending).
Search and filter
Type in the Search by name field to find price sheets by name.
Click Filters to open the filter panel with additional options:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Names | Filter by name values |
| Codes | Filter by code values |
| Contact Ids | Filter by assigned contact IDs |
| Company Ids | Filter by assigned company IDs |
| Customer Ids | Filter by assigned customer IDs |
| Priority | Filter by priority number (greater than, less than or equal) |
| Readonly | Filter by read-only status |
| Created At | Filter by creation date range |
| Last Modified At | Filter by modification date range |
Create a price sheet
- Click New Price Sheet in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the general settings:
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Code | Yes | Unique identifier code |
| Priority | Yes | Evaluation priority (lower number = higher priority) |
When a customer matches multiple price sheets, the system evaluates them by priority (lower number = higher priority). Assign lower priority numbers to customer-specific contract pricing so it overrides general pricing.
| Name | Yes | Price sheet name (max 32 characters, localized) | | Description | No | Description (localized) | | Readonly | No | When enabled, the price sheet cannot be modified through the API |
- Click Save to create the price sheet. After saving, the Discount and Users sections become available.
Add discount rules

In the Discount section, click Add discount item and choose a type:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Category | Creates a discount rule for an entire category |
| Product | Creates discount rules for selected products (pre-filled with the product's current price) |
| Price Group | Creates a discount rule for a price group |
Edit discount details
Each discount row includes the following editable fields:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Value | Discount value (meaning depends on the discount type) |
| Discount type | Cost price plus a percentage, List price minus a percentage or Fixed amount (fixed amount is not available for categories and price groups) |
| Quantity from | Minimum quantity for this discount to apply |
| Valid from | Start date |
| Expires on | End date |
Create discount rules with Valid From and Valid To dates for time-limited promotions. After the period ends, the regular pricing applies automatically without manual cleanup.
All editable fields save automatically when you click away from the field.
