Hide or delete a product

Hide a product when it should stay in Propeller but disappear from the webshop, for example while it is out of season. Delete it only when you will not need it again.

Before you begin​

  • You need the Product role to edit a product.
  • Deleting products requires Owner access on the Product role.

Hide a product​

  1. Go to PIM > Products & Clusters and open the product.
  2. On the Description tab, switch on Hidden.
  3. Click Save.

The product no longer shows in the webshop. It stays in the PIM, in orders it was already on and in price sheets. In the Products & Clusters list, the Is hidden column shows which products are hidden, and the Hidden filter finds them.

Delete products​

  1. Go to PIM > Products & Clusters.
  2. Select one or more products with the checkboxes.
  3. Click Delete items and confirm.
