Each entry below is a working example you can open for a full guide: what it does, what you need, how to install it and which parts to adapt. Use the filters to narrow the list, for example to automations embedded in Propeller or automations that run outside Propeller and push their results in.
Churn risk alerts
Scores the companies that ordered in the last 90 days on churn risk twice a week and creates a ticket in the Action Hub for the biggest risk, so a sales rep can call before the customer leaves.
Expiring quote follow-ups
Finds quotes whose Valid Until date is close or has just passed and creates a ticket in the Action Hub for each one, so a sales rep can follow up before or right after the quote lapses.
Abandoned carts worth a call
Every Monday picks up to 3 valuable carts that customers left behind and creates a ticket in the Action Hub for each one, so a sales rep can call before the sale is lost.
Contract margin guard
Audits product-level price agreements against current cost and flags the ones selling below a margin floor, so input-cost creep does not quietly eat your margin.
Margin validator
Checks the margin of the quote you are working on against a threshold and tells you whether it is ready to share or needs approval.
Customer pre-meeting summary
Builds a short customer brief from the company page: who the buyers are, recent orders and quotes and top products.
Company churn check
Runs a churn analysis for the company you are viewing and returns a risk score with a suggested next action.
Products without images
Scans your whole catalogue from the Products page, counts the products that have no image and lists up to 50 of them, so you know what to enrich first.
PO email to draft order
Watches a mailbox for purchase order PDFs, reads them with AI, matches the customer and products and creates a draft order with the PO reference.
Voice to quote request
Turns a recorded voice memo into a quote request: AI transcribes the recording, finds the customer and products and creates the request.
Quote split assistant
A chat agent on the quote editor that finds lines with missing prices or stock, proposes a split and moves problem lines to specialist review quotes.
Sales advisor chat
A chat agent on the quote editor that gives short sales advice, remembers the conversation and looks at the company's recent orders.
Cross-sell and up-sell assistant
A chat agent: give it a product SKU or name, it finds matching products, proposes cross-sell and up-sell relations and, once you confirm, adds them to the product.
Bulk test orders
Fills a test environment with realistic random orders so you have data to demo and test with. Not for production.
Email to quote request
Turns emails in which customers ask for products into quote requests, with the customer and products matched, and creates a ticket in the Action Hub for each one.
Recurring order proposals
Every Monday puts the products a company buys almost every week, but has not ordered yet this week, on a draft quote with a ticket in the Action Hub.
Recurring order proposal agent
Shows the products the company you are viewing buys almost every week but has not ordered yet this week, and creates a draft quote for them when you answer yes.
Cross-sell relations from order history
Once a month finds products that different companies buy together in one order and proposes them as cross-sell relations, or creates them.
Product translation agent
Translates the name and descriptions of a product into the languages that are still empty, and saves them after you approve the translation.
Order acceptance check
Every 15 minutes checks new orders for wrong prices, unusual quantities and duplicate PO numbers, and creates a ticket in the Action Hub for each order that needs a look.
Substitute finder
A button on the quote editor that finds in-stock substitutes for lines that cannot be delivered as quoted, and swaps a line when you pick one.
The workflows and agents in the Agent Hub are free to use and adapt. They are examples, not supported product features, so test them in a staging environment and check the results before using them in production.
