Favorite Lists
Favorite lists are curated product lists that belong to a specific company, contact or customer. You can create lists, add products or clusters and set a default list per user.

Before you begin
- You need the Shop and Product roles to view favorite lists.
- Creating, editing and deleting favorite lists requires Owner access on the Shop role.
Browse favorite lists
Go to Users > Favorite Lists to open the overview. The table shows the following columns:

| Slug | URL-friendly identifier |
| Default | Whether this is the user's default list |
| No. Items | Total number of products and clusters in the list |
| Date Created | When the list was created |
| Date Updated | When the list was last modified |
Search and filter
Type at least 2 characters in the Search by name field to find lists by name.
Click Filters to open the filter panel with additional options:

Create a favorite list
Create favorite lists for customers who reorder the same products regularly. Mark a list as default so it appears automatically when the customer or sales rep starts a new order.
- Click New Favorite List in the top-right corner.
- A user picker dialog opens. Select a company, contact or customer to own the list.
- A new list named "New favorite list" is created and you are redirected to its detail page.
Edit favorite list details
Click any row in the table to open the detail page.

The General section contains the following fields:

Click Save to persist your changes.
Add products or clusters
The Product List section has two tabs: Products and Clusters.

Each tab shows a table with the following columns:

| Supplier | Supplier name |
- Open the Products or Clusters tab.
- Click Add multiple products (or Add multiple clusters on the Clusters tab).
- A product picker opens. Search and select the items you want to add.

- Click confirm to add the selected items to the list.
Remove products or clusters
- Select items using the checkboxes.
- Click Remove selected products (or Remove selected clusters).
- Confirm the removal in the dialog.
Delete favorite lists
- Select one or more lists on the overview page using the checkboxes.
- Use the delete action and confirm.
