Create and manage favorite lists

A favorite list is a saved list of products for one company, contact or customer, so they can reorder quickly in the webshop. This page shows the lists of all your customers in one overview.

Before you begin

• You need the roles Shop & channel and Product Data. To create, change or delete a list you need Owner access on Shop & channel.
• A favorite list does not limit what a customer may order. For that you use an order list.

Find a list

Go to Users > Favorite Lists. Type at least two characters in Search by name to search on the name of a list.

The Owner column shows the name of the company, contact or customer the list belongs to, with a mark that says whether it is a company or a person. To see all lists of one customer, open that customer and click the Favorite lists tab. See Edit a company.

Create a favorite list

1. Click New Favorite List at the top right.
2. Pick the company, contact or customer the list is for. This cannot be changed later.
3. Propeller creates a list called "New favorite list" and opens it. Type a Name the customer will recognise.
4. Set Default to Yes if this is the main list of the customer.
5. Click Save.

Add products to a list

1. Open the list and go to the Products tab. Use the Clusters tab for products with variants.
2. Click Add multiple products.
3. Search and tick the products.
4. Click the button at the bottom that counts them, for example Add 2 Products.

The products are on the list at once. You only need Save for the name and the Default switch.

To take products off, tick them, click Remove selected products and confirm.

Delete a favorite list

1. On the overview, tick one or more lists.
2. Click Delete and confirm.

A deleted list cannot be brought back.
