Backoffice improvements and stability fixes

This release adds an export status reset and a delivery address column to the order listing, date ranges for bulk cost prices and search by description for value sets. It also fixes a range of issues across orders, the product catalogue, shipments and CSV imports.

New Features​

  • Reset export status from the order overview. You can now reset the export status of selected orders from the Backoffice order overview, next to Delete orders. This clears the status so the order is picked up again by an export, for example to resend it to your ERP.
  • Company delivery address column in the order listing. You can add a Company (delivery address) column to the order listing to see the delivery company per order.
  • Search value sets by description. Value set dropdowns and lists, such as the address language picker, can now be searched by description as well as by value.

Improvements​

  • Date ranges for bulk cost prices. Bulk cost prices now have Valid from and Valid to fields, so a cost price can apply for a set period, the same way bulk prices already work.
  • Updated CSV import templates. The downloadable import templates have been updated: DEFAULT_LANGUAGE and TAXONOMY are removed, META_KEYWORDS becomes META_CANONICAL_URL and several category fields are now optional.
  • Clearer add by SKU label. The "Add products by code" option in the order editor is now labeled "Add by SKU", in English, Dutch, French and German.

Bug Fixes​

  • The order overview shows the correct company name in the Backoffice and the Sales Portal. For orders placed by an individual customer the field stays empty.
  • You can import company attributes again through the Backoffice, including files saved from Excel that add quotes or a byte-order mark to the header row.
  • New order status sets appear only once in the list when you create them.
  • The supplier dropdown and the cross-sell controls line up correctly in the order editor in Dutch.
  • The product catalogue no longer shows a cross-sell subgroup filter when there is only one subgroup and nothing to filter.
  • The screen for managing cross-sell and up-sell groups displays correctly again.
  • The company search in the product catalogue no longer lists the same company twice.
  • Pagination on the Incentives page works correctly when you move between pages.
  • Pricing fields no longer appear twice after you switch between the Description and Price tabs on a product.
  • You can now change how many subcategories show per page without breaking pagination.
  • You can add items to shipments and edit existing shipments in the Backoffice again, without a warning on every item.
