Shipments
Shipments track the delivery of items from an order. You can create shipments, assign order items, add tracking codes and update shipment statuses from the back-office order editor.

Before you begin
- You need the Order and Backoffice roles to manage shipments.
- Shipments are only available for existing orders (not for new orders, quotes or requests).
- Creating and editing shipments is a back-office only feature. Sales Portal users can view shipments but cannot modify them.
View shipments
- Navigate to Orders > Orders and click an existing order.
- Scroll to the Shipments section in the order editor.
Each shipment is displayed as a card showing its status, expected delivery date, items and tracking codes.
Create a shipment

Create multiple shipments per order when fulfilling from different warehouses. Each shipment tracks its own status and tracking number independently.
- In the Shipments section of an order, click Create Shipment.
- Fill in the shipment form:

| Status | Select a shipment status (see the table below) |
| Expected Delivery Date | Select the expected delivery date |
| Items | Select order items and set quantities. At least one item is required. |
| Track & Trace | Add tracking codes with an optional carrier selection |
- Click Create Shipment to save.
Shipment statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Created | Shipment has been created |
| Processing | Shipment is being prepared |
| InTransit | Shipment is on its way |
| OutForDelivery | Shipment is out for delivery |
| Delivered | Shipment has been delivered |
| Canceled | Shipment has been canceled |
| PartiallyDelivered | Some items have been delivered |
| FailedDelivery | Delivery attempt failed |
| Exception | An exception occurred during delivery |
Edit a shipment
- Click an existing shipment card to open the edit form.
- Update the status, delivery date, items or tracking codes.
- Save your changes.
Delete a shipment
- Click the delete action on an existing shipment.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
Configure shipping details
In addition to shipments, the order editor includes a Shipping section where you can set:

| Preferred delivery date | Set the customer's preferred delivery date |
| Partial delivery | Allow or disallow partial delivery (Yes or No) |
